Judge orders Twitter to hand over the information of users posting racist tweets
The Tribunal de Grande Instance in Paris ordered Twitter to hand over account information of Twitter users posting racist or antisemitic tweets.
An association of Jewish students and other organizations in France sued Twitter in an emergency procedure after racist and antisemitic tweets appeared on Twitter in October.
The procedure sparked intense debate in France about the limits of free speech.
